Reflections Counseling and Educational Services Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Linda and Ray Shields. Their vision was to bring educational awareness, healing, and peace of mind to the broken hearted. The practice began in central Phoenix and later expanded to the Tempe, Chandler and Maricopa areas.
